Fremantle’s beloved winter music festival, Hidden Treasures, is returning this June for its 15th year, transforming suburban bowling clubs in Fremantle into vibrant live music venues. Events will be held across North Fremantle and Hilton, featuring pop-up stages, silent discos and eclectic performances curated by Boox Kid, Drea, Lubly Dae Crew and Siobhan Cotchin. The 2026 lineup includes nationally recognised funk and soul artist Navisha, R&B performer Persia, and alternative punk-folk trio Symmetrical Dogs, alongside a diverse range of emerging local acts. City of Fremantle creative programs lead Ofa Fotu said the festival supports local culture and community venues, with ticket sales and food and beverage purchases helping keep bowling clubs active as important neighbourhood gathering spaces. The festival highlights Fremantle’s continuing reputation as one of Western Australia’s most significant live music centres, complementing established venues such as Mojo’s Bar, Clancy’s Fish Pub and Freo Social.
